This book has basically been prepared keeping in mind the Chhattisgarh Preliminary Examination and various examinations of Vyapam in which questions related to Panchayati Raj are asked. Although it can also be used at the level of CGPSC Main examination. However, the Main exam consists of limited questions from the administration and Panchayati raj of Chhattisgarh. 2. During the writing of the book, tireless efforts have been made to make the book error free because the information related to the administration and Panchayati Raj of Chhattisgarh is being updated continuously. There is still contradiction at the level of district, due to introduction as new districts again and again. Formal maps and information in this context have not been released by the government. Therefore both formal and informal district information have been included in this book. Apart from this, during the creation of this book, an effort has been made to get statistics and information from standard books and government sources like official website, government article, government document. 3. In this book Legislature, executive and judiciary of Chhattisgarh with reference to the administration of Chhattisgarh is included in detail. The administrative structure of Chhattisgarh etc. has been presented in detail. Concept and development of local administration under Panchayati Raj, 73rd Constitutional Amendment 1992, Chhattisgarh Panchayati Raj Act 1992, 74th Constitutional Amendment 1992, Chhattisgarh Municipality Act 1961, various facts related to rural and urban local bodies, Chhattisgarh State Level Panchayati Raj Conference 2021 and various schemes and programs related to Panchayati Raj are explained in detail. 4. Presentation of the book has been kept as point-wise as possible so that different categories of questions asked in Chhattisgarh PSC and other examinations can be prepared easily. An attempt has been made to make the presentation understandable by using diagrams and diagrams as much as possible.
